![]() ![]() ![]() Also some of the maps are imbalanced, and there is alot of blobbing currently which is annoying. In my opinion, COH2 has too much rng and too many bugs to be an e-sports game, even though it is very fun. RNG can be frustrating and game altering, but it's something you deal with in COH2, it goes both ways. And don't even get me started on the vehicle abandoned critical that can occur, that RNG will flip a match around. For instance, an enemy steps on a mine, it can kill the whole squad, or do nothing at all. RNG stands for randomly number generated, and alot of aspects of COH2 revolve around RNG. Unfortunately, COH2 has a ton of bugs still in the game, and slightly too much rng for my liking. Cover bonuses, denying cover, using buildings and other terrain, and flanking are very important in COH2. COH2 also has terrain that is destructible, which is used for unit cover and denial of enemy movement. You can also win by destroying all of your enemies buildings, but buildings are more difficult to kill than in SC2, and everyone starts off with base turrets. To win in COH2 you need to win by having the most VP's, which is done by holding certain portions of the map. Without tons of practice and very high apm (actions per minute) you will never be a good player.ĬOH2 is based around WWII. To win you must eliminate all of your opponents buildings. But then upper level SC2 game play is somewhat limited, due to strict build times and certain strategies being much stronger. SC2 is also based in the starcraft universe and has a more competitive and existing e-spoorts scene. SC2 is a much more difficult to play rts involving micro and macro. ![]() They're two comletely different games, and it's difficult to compare them. ![]()
